I like the boil cranberries and cinnamon during the holidays for an all natural scent and this is perfect. The sides don’t get stained like my nonstick pots do from the mixture. It boils quickly in about five minutes. The best part is the little nob on the top of the lid and the handles don’t get hot, so you can take the lid off safely and move it without burning yourself.
